Return & Exchange


  • Due to the extremely high cost of shipping, item that are heavy or large (Item shipped by freight) will NOT be returned regardless of any reason. Those sales are FINAL SALE!
  • If you’re not entirely satisfied with products you’ve purchased at KimchiUS.com, simply return the UNOPENED AND UNUSED products in its original packaging within 15 days of the shipment date. Please remember that we accept UNOPENED AND UNUSED products ONLY, and the customer shall be held all/any responsible for shipping costs.

  • Return Policy

    • All returns & exchanges can ONLY be processed once authorized by KimchiUS.com.
    • If you’re returning a product that you are not satisfied with, you must have all tags and the original packaging that was sent to you. Once you meet with these conditions, then there will be a 15% of restocking fee from original value.
    • Any products can not be returned once you opened it. Please note that if you’re returning opened or used products, we will send it back to you and you’ll be charge in all shipping costs occurred.
    • You have 15 days upon the confirmation of delivery to contact us at admin@kimchius.com to request a Return Authorization Form.
    • Once you have contacted customer service and have received RMA Form, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned products. You must ship back to us within 5 days once we issue RMA# to you by email.
    • If you have received defective products, you must notify us immediately. Once having contacted us we will have you ship back products at our expenses. Once the product arrives at our facility, we will investigate the product. Your claim may take up to 1-2 weeks to be reimbursed the total amount back via your payment method.
    • All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all packaging materials, all parts and accessories.

    All Returns Must Include

    • A copy of your invoice
    • RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
    • All tags and the original packaging that was sent to you

    Customer Responsibility

    • All Return Shipping Charge
    • 15% Restocking fee & Handling Fee
    • Restocking Fee will be deduced from the refund amount.
    • Your original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

    Please note the following

    • If a return has been used, washed or is returned to us in a non-sellable condition, we reserve the right to not give you a refund, in which case we may send the item back to you.
    • 15% Restocking fee & Handling Fee
    • Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit.
    • We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
